1999 HARMONIA UNIVERSUM lance l'autoroute de la création culturelle en action, conçue comme réponse aux demandes du marché global qui a besoin d'un repère exclusif ayant un cadre de référence international dans les domaines privilégiés de la créativité culturelle, afin d'abstraire sa nucléarisation et promouvoir sa réalité formelle et universelle.

2004 Naissance de NEWIARD, New International Artist Research and Development, créé pour la diffusion des oeuvres auto édités de HARMONIA UNIVERSUM.

2005 Naissance de UNIVERSALITY, portail et forum de l'Universalité, métapolitique, politique, scientifique, artistique.

2006 Naissance de HARMONIA UNIVERSUM Sponsoring, créé pour promouvoir les entreprises et les particuliers.

2006 Naissance de HARMONIA UNIVERSUM Annonces, créé pour diffuser les annonces des entreprises et des particuliers.

2006 Naissance de HARMONIA UNIVERSUM Autres services, créé pour le service des utilisateurs d'HARMONIA UNIVERSUM.

Objectif

La création n'est pas un vain mot. Il convient désormais de s'appuyer sur les réalités fondamentales de la créativité pour promouvoir sa formalité et non sa virtualité. HARMONIA UNIVERSUM s'est créé à cet effet afin de promouvoir et référencer, les créatifs internationaux dans les domaines artistiques, littéraires, musicaux, graphiques, multimédia, accessible au Public le plus large et notamment aux Institutionnels, qui trouvent là des vecteurs qui leur permettront d'épanouir la culture dans ses formes les plus denses.

Centrale de publicité et de référencement en ligne pour tous les Créatifs, qu'ils soient connus ou inconnus, HARMONIA UNIVERSUM est ouvert au public et aux créatifs de quelque origine qu'ils soient, géographique, ethnique, sans distinction, et notamment de langue. Interface, HARMONIA UNIVERSUM, est ouvert à tous les Institutionnels de la créativité qui trouveront en ce lieu, les références qui leur permettront de bâtir leurs productions futures.

Comment ? En ligne, sur le site HARMONIA UNIVERSUM chaque créatif connu ou inconnu peut s'y inscrire afin de s'y faire référencer, publier des extraits de ses oeuvres pour promotion, vendre ses oeuvres, une revue dédiée au Public et aux Institutionnels assurant la promotion des dites oeuvres ainsi qu'un concours international.

HARMONIA UNIVERSUM fondé en juillet 1999 et officialisé le 05/12/1999 a pour ambition de devenir l'interface privilégiée entre les Institutionnels, le Public, et les Créatifs, dans les domaines de l'Art en général, et dans le cadre de son évolution, dans d'autres applications de l'intelligence Humaine, notamment de l'Education, posant pour principe que la culture doit être accessible à tous, en créant une base de donnée internationale ayant pour objet la mise en ligne des programmes scolaires et universitaires des différents Etats de la composante Humaine.

Objective

Creation is not a vain word. It is advisable from now on to be based on fundamental realities of the creativity to promote its formality and not its virtuality. HARMONIA UNIVERSUM was created to this end in order to promote and refer, the creative international ones in the fields artistic, literary, musical, graphic, multi-media, accessible to the largest Audience and in particular to the Institutional ones, which find there vectors which will enable them to open out the culture in its densest forms.

Power station of publicity and referencing on line for all the Creative ones, that they are known or unknown, HARMONA UNIVERSUM is opened with the public and creative of some origin which they are, geographical, ethnic, without distinction, and in particular of language. Interface, HARMONIA UNIVERSUM, is opened with all Institutional creativity which will find in this place, the references which will enable them to build their future productions.

How? On line, on the site creative HARMONIA UNIVERSUM each known or unknown can there be registered in order to be made there refer, to publish extracts of its works for promotion, to sell its works, a review dedicated to the Public and Institutional ensuring the promotion of known as works as well as an international contest.
