Se créé afin de naître un Conseil des citoyens décliné en chaque pays appartenant à la communauté européenne permettant de signifier la voix des Peuples dont la représentation élue ne peut en aucun cas être considérée comme objective au sens de multiples appartenances des élus qui pour la plupart ne défendent en aucun cas l'intérêt général mais des intérêts de groupe, en contravention totale avec les idéaux Républicains et les Constitutions réciproques. 

Les objectifs :

1.  Créer une rupture avec la tentation de la dictature facilitée par l'opacité institutionnelle européenne. 
2.  Lutter par tous moyens contre l'opacité institutionnelle afin de rendre transparentes les lois, les directives, les actions de l'union européenne, afin de les mieux cerner et se porter en opposition par pétition lorsqu'elles ne vont pas dans le sens de l'intérêt général. 
3.  Analyser chaque rouage institutionnel afin de circonscrire chaque pouvoir et notamment chaque pouvoir personnel qui n'irait pas dans le sens d'un pouvoir au service de la communauté. 
4. Elaborer dans le cadre institutionnel les pétitions nécessaires afin d'éradiquer des institutions Européennes les postes à vocation unipersonnelle, et les directives, qui ne servent en aucun cas l'intérêt communautaire. 
5.  Analyser de manière générale, les appartenances à des groupes de pensées ou des groupes de pression, de chaque représentation élue afin de faire le constat topographique et géographique de l'insinuation des institutions européennes par tout type de sociétés discrètes ou autres, n'ayant aucune vocation au bien commun mais bien au contraire défendant des intérêts individuels, afin de permettre ainsi à chaque citoyen d'être en pouvoir de se faire une image réelle et transparente des élus qui les gouvernent et conjointement leur permettre de voter à bon escient dans le cadre démocratique lors des futures élections.  

Les moyens : 

1. Vous d’abord, vos commentaires, vos désirs, vos remarques, vos articles de fond, vos rubriques, votre détermination aux fins de faire respecter vos voix dans l’idéal de la Démocratie.
2. Le recensement de tous les sites Nationaux permettant de conjuguer l’essor des Conseils de Citoyens par pays, dans le cadre de la communauté Européenne
3. La mise en œuvre de pétitions permettant à l’Europe de se libérer du carcan des dominations stériles d’appartenances qui n’ont aucune intention de favoriser l’intérêt général mais bien celui de particuliers, groupes, individus, etc
4. La mise en œuvre systématique de pétitions permettant de faire respecter la Liberté dans le cadre de la Communauté Européenne, Liberté de penser, d’agir, de se déplacer, d’échanger etc
5. La mise en œuvre systématique de pétitions permettant de demander la création de commission sur les agissements des complexes militaires, policiers et financiers, qui tendent à instaurer et ce depuis le 11 septembre une pression constante sur les citoyens et ce au mépris de leur liberté individuelle, par l’instauration d’un climat de peur névrotique (risques d’attentats, etc) qui nuit tant aux échanges économiques que culturels.
6. La dénonciation par pétitions de toutes Lois iniques, tendant à la suppression des Libertés chèrement acquises dans le cadre de l’ Europe.
7. Etc …

Si vous vous sentez l’âme de citoyens responsables du devenir de vos Enfants dans le cadre de cette communauté qu’il convient d’investir afin de prévenir toute tentative dictatoriale, dont l’opacité est le fondement.

To analyze in a general way, memberships of groups of thoughts or each representation, special interest groups elected in order to make the topographic and geographical report of the insinuation of the European institutions by any type of discrete or different companies, not having any vocation with the common good but quite to the contrary defending of the individual interests, in order to thus allow each citizen to be to be able about it to be made to a real and transparent image elected officials who control them and jointly to allow them to vote advisedly within the democratic framework at the time of the future elections.

Means:
